Rug care and washing

Care for your rug according to its material, size and care label. The individual product instructions always take priority.

Everyday care

Vacuum gently with a suitable setting. Blot spills promptly using a clean cloth. Test an approved cleaning product on a concealed area first.

Before washing

Read the care label and check your washing machine capacity. A large rug needs sufficient space; do not force it into the drum. Contact us if you are unsure about the selected size.

After washing

Follow the drying instructions. Return the rug only when both it and the floor are dry. Avoid heat treatment unless the label explicitly permits it.
